Lattica (Tel Aviv) builds AI infrastructure using Fully Homomorphic Encryption - data stays encrypted even while AI models process it, so companies in healthcare, finance, etc. can use AI without exposing sensitive data. We build 2 products - Dashboard & Demo.
Dashboard: for actual clients ("workload providers") who deploy and manage their AI models on the platform.
Demo: for website visitors, letting anyone try encrypted AI live (e.g. digit recognition, sentiment analysis) to see the tech in action before committing.
My role: Lead Designer
We built both products for Lattica from scratch — with no guidelines from the client, no prior familiarity with the domain, and with reference to only one competitor. We had to deeply understand, based solely on the information the client gave us, what the product actually was and how to build it in a way that would best and most efficiently serve its users.
The core challenge: conveying as realistic a sense as possible of how their product actually works in the demo.
